The Avondale Arts Alliance presents AutumnFest Arts & Music Festival, October 5-6, 2013, which takes place across from the Tudor Village in Avondale Estates. This year’s festival features live music and entertainment, an artist market, food trucks, and KidsZone.
New festival additions include AutumnEats which comprises a chef demo area that will feature locally farmed and sourced ingredients, wine and beer pairings, and an apple pie contest. The second is “Art for a Weekend” in which Atlanta site-sculptor Jeff Mather will lead volunteers to create a one-of-a-kind, temporary work of art throughout AutumnFest weekend.
Admission is FREE. Visit our event Facebook page: AutumnFest Arts & Music Festival.
AutumnFest Arts & Music Festival has grown dramatically over the years from a small town folk art festival at Avondale Lake, to a thriving festival showcased on our beautiful residential streets near a bustling thoroughfare with Avondale’s historic Tudor Village as a backdrop. AutumnFest features 100+ local artists and artists from all over the Southeast and highlights quality entertainment on our main stage. We take pride in supporting local musicians and other artists, providing family-friendly entertainment, children’s activities and a diverse artist market that is enjoyed by all ages. Our marketing efforts draw 5000+ patrons from all over the Metro Atlanta area, and a portion of our proceeds benefits local community schools arts programming.
